Refunds & Cancellations PolicyAt CarInfo, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience when purchasing any of our service. However, we understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. Below is our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for them.

Order Cancellations

Orders for car accessories can be canceled only before processing begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. To check your order status , please visit the "My Orders" section in the CarInfo app

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received. If you encounter an issue with your order, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.
Return requests must be accompanied by clear images of the defect or incorrect item.
Once the return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Services

Please note that all digital services, including insurance, FASTag, challan payments, Service history and loans, are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once processed.

Any grievance in this respect can be raised to Carinfo on the particulars specified in ‘Contact Us’ section and Carinfo shall try to resolve the disputes expeditiously in consultation with it’s third party vendors/partners. However User shall not be eligible for any monetary refund or cancellation to this effect.
